Benefits of Turmeric

Turmeric is known as a Superfood, or the ‘Queen of Spices.’ This “Queen” does need a partner though in order for you to receive it’s FULL benefits. Do you know what it is? It’s black pepper! Sounds a little odd, I know, but a dash of freshly ground black pepper will help your body absorb turmeric!

Not only that, but this beautiful golden ingredient is loaded with many healthy nutrients such as protein, dietary fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, calcium, copper, iron and magnesium.

Turmeric has been used to treat, and prevent, many diseases including gynecological issues, gastrointestinal problems, liver issues, infectious diseases. All while boosting the immune system!
