Crispy Kale Chips {RECIPE}

Hi lovelies!I seriously AM OBSESSED with kale chips!!! This morning in my video I talked about low carb options and this is such a great low carb snack (high in antioxidants) that will also satisfy any salt cravings!!!

The recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of Kale
  • 2-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2-4 tbsp avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C)
  2. Lightly drizzle Avocado oil over the kale and sprinkle with the nutritional yeast. Stir with your hands to coat the kale.
  3. Spread the kale onto baking sheets
  4. Bake until the kale begins to crisp, then rotate the rack and flip the chips
  5. Continue baking until completely crisp: 45-60 minutes total. Don't burn them!
  6. Add the bok Choi and enoki mushrooms. Sprinkle with dry chillis and cook for another 5 minutes
