Simone's Protein Popsicles!
Ooooo! I love summer treats!! And there’s nothing quite as refreshing as an ice cold popsicle! But, of course, there’s the downside that popsicles are usually just frozen injections of corn syrup, sugar and water… Soooooo, I thought it might be a good idea to put together some super delicious, macro balanced, protein-rich alternatives for ya! I call them Simone’s Protein Pops! And they’re super easy to make - toss your ingredients in a blender, pour them into a silicone popsicle mold, and then pop ‘em in the fridge!
Raspberry Lemon Yogurt Popsicle
Yields: Approximately 6 popsicles
Calories per popsicle (estimated): 130
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (2%)
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, raspberries, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Divide the mixture evenly among popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Classic Chocolate Protein Popsicle

Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (2%)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop BioEdge Chocolate Protein Powder
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, BioEdge Protein, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Divide the mixture evenly among popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Tropical Coconut Dream Popsicle

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
1 cup mango puree
1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions:
Combine coconut milk, mango puree, BioEdge protein powder, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
